Procedure
Call me on 01903 816139 for our scheduled sessions at the time we agreed. Please do phone me between our calls if you need to talk something over, have a problem or can’t wait to share a success.

Calls
Our agreement includes 2 sessions per calendar month generally lasting 45 minutes. The intake (first session) is longer than the rest, usually lasting between 1½ -2 hours.
Payment
The agreed fee to be paid prior to the first session and thereafter on a monthly basis. This can be BACS, (please request details) or Paypal. www.coachingwithalma.com

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please give me at least 24 hours notice. The session will be rescheduled within the same month. If you have an emergency we will work around it. If a’no show’ happens fees will be incurred.
Trust
If I ever say or do something that upsets you or doesn’t feel right, please bring it up. I promise to do what is necessary for you to have a positive experience.
Requests and Assignments
From time to time I’ll make a direct request like “Will you accomplish X by the end of the month?” You are free to accept the request, counter offer (e.g. say what you can do) or decline. I give assignments and practices to my clients. These include goals, actions or breakthroughs to have achieved between this call and the next. Do let me know if you want more of less of this as we go along. Doing the assignments is how you get to where you want to go.
Progress Form
Please complete this and email it to me at least 2 hours before each call if possible. The Progress Form is an excellent way for us to track your progress. I suggest you also print out a copy and enter your agreed actions at each session.
Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are confidential (as far as permissible by law) though the fact that you are my client is not considered privileged information unless you want it to be.
Permission
I am dedicated to continuous professional development and as such am working towards the next level of ICF accreditation. I will be required to send to the ICF a log of my client’s names and the total amount of hours worked with them. Unless you state otherwise I will assume that it is okay to send just those details to the ICF.
